CODE OF PRACTICE have recently achieved listed building consent for the renovation and alterations of a heritage-protected tenement block in Berlin. As part of the renovation work the façades will be restored and given improved energy performance.
The survey carried out in co-operation with heritage specialists ADB revealed concealed historical ornamentation that will be repaired and exposed following restoration.
