Code of Practice was invited to design a 90,000 mē office and business complex in the centre of Beijing.
The project is conceived as a new gateway for a rapidly growing commercial district. The two buildings provide efficient and flexible office layouts with simple forms that carefully balance reduced overshadowing with the best possible use of daylight.
