Following the completion of initial alterations to the Kleist Villa, CODE OF PRACTICE has been commissioned by the Insititute for Advanced Sustainability Studies to carry out the conversion of the adjacent building, previously used as the regional headquarters of the Bundesbank.
The bank, unused since 2004, will be transformed into a modern office and research building with particular emphsasis on the reduction of energy consumption and improving the building’s efficiency with the aim of a sustainable occupancy by the IASS.
