Having received planning permission, construction is already underway in Berlin Schöneberg on the renovations and redesign planned by Code of Practice.
The currently unoccupied attic of the residential corner house will be converted into four new apartments with a total of approx. 450 m² living space. The backyard will be landscaped and additional terraces on a new green roof will generate more open space.
Code of Practice will oversee the building construction within the scope of artistic supervision.
